Description
During Transition Handover-Out, the Availability Manager must involve in planning for the handover of Technology Availability Management process. Key resources and their roles and responsibilites during handover must be identified and agreed. Defining the terms and conditions of handover ensures smooth transition of Technology Availability Management process.

The Technology Availability Handover Report should be prepared and submitted to the Engagement Manager and Client. At the end of the handover activity, the Availability Manager must produce Technology Availability Management Summary which summarizes the lessons learnt and any recommendations for potential improvement of Technology Availability Management process.
